There was a group of men (who obviously knew what they were doing!!) who showed up early this A.M. and they had four hours of absolutely still, beautiful Colorado blue skies!
The girls and I stopped to bring them lunch around 11:00 and stayed for a while. Sarah and Rebekah have both not felt very well the last few days, so we only stayed for about a half hour.
Bekah and I went back around 2:00 while Sarah napped, and very little food had been eaten.
NO - there was nothing wrong with how it tasted - they were just so busy capitalizing on the nice weather - they hadn't taken the time to eat!
It looks so great!! It was very fun watching them work. Such a dangerous job walking along 2 inch pieces of wood - WAY up there! I am so grateful!!!
Jim is working hard. He is the "Go For" guy, guiding the rafters, handing up 2x4's, whatever the need! He has already said how sore he is starting to feel. I'm sure the hot tub will feel good tonight!
Had two showings today at the MN house. Haven't heard any feedback as of yet.
Our friend Debbie Pedde is hosting an open house for us on Sunday. Thanks to all of you for taking such good care of us through acts of kindness and prayer!
Take a look at the slide show. Some are from church, (Valentines day party), some are of the kids and the rest are of the work done today at the house!
Looking forward to your feedback!

Awesome slide show. Loved the house photos. What a stunning day. Good for you guys to finally feel like stuff is getting done! I hope both families that saw your house today get into a huge bidding war and drive up the price of your house and we'll get some new neighbors - hopefully with a cool dog that likes our Maggie! Five Oaks continues to be awesome. Totally rockin music today - it gave me goosebumps all the way to my head. Have a great Sunday!
